• Integration with Facebook/Meta and Google Ads accounts
• Campaign creation, management, and optimization tools
• Performance analytics and reporting
• AI-powered ad recommendations and scoring
• Competitor ad intelligence and analysis
• Automated campaign optimization rules

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. License Scope

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Permitted Use:

• Managing your own or your clients' advertising campaigns
• Generating performance reports and utilizing AI insights
• Syncing conversion data between platforms

Prohibited Use:

• Reselling the Service as a standalone product without prior written consent
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code
• Using the platform to distribute malware or engage in fraudulent advertising

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Our Service integrates with Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms. By using these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are bound by the respective Terms of Service and Advertising Policies of Meta and Google.
• You authorize us to access and manage your connected advertising accounts to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with all applicable platform policies.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta or Google on your accounts.
• Platform providers may change their APIs or policies at any time, which may affect Service functionality.

7. Payment & Pilot Billing

• Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your pilot tier as per the issued invoice.
• Subscription Cycles: Standard cycles are monthly unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds: Fees paid for the pilot period are non-refundable to cover infrastructure costs, except as required by law.
• Taxes: Fees are exclusive of sales tax, VAT, or other duties, which will be added to invoices where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by leapersecurityand are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (ad copy, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service
• Results from advertising campaigns created through the Service

AI Recommendations: AI-powered features provide suggestions only. We do not guarantee advertising results or outcomes based on AI recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAPERSECURITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Actions taken by Facebook/Meta on your advertising accounts

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless leapersecurity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your advertising content or campaigns
• Your violation of Facebook/Meta policies

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of Facebook/Meta policies
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which leapersecurity is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
